As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise and interpersonal skills to strengthen client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
**Responsibilities:** 1.
**Client Relationship Management:** - Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.

**Service Delivery Oversight:** - Coordinate and oversee all aspects of service delivery to ensure quality and consistency across all client interactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless implementation and execution of services tailored to client needs.
- Monitor service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.

**Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:** - Address and resolve client issues as they arise, employing effective communication and negotiation skills to reach satisfactory outcomes.
- Work proactively to anticipate potential issues and develop strategies to minimize client challenges.

**Reporting and Analysis:** - Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and any feedback received to upper management.
- Utilize data to analyze trends and recommend enhancements to existing services or processes.

**Collaboration and Team Support:** - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align client service strategies with overall company goals.
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

**Continuous Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for enhancing the client experience and improve internal processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in client service management to ensure the company remains competitive.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management or a related field, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- **Skills:** - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- **Personality Traits:** - Independent: Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions without constant supervision.
- Adaptable: Open to change and able to pivot strategies as client needs and market conditions evolve.
