As the Christchurch-based Client Service Manager for Crewcare, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch customer and franchisee satisfaction across Christchurch City, Ashburton, and the wider Canterbury region.
You'll oversee the quality assurance of commercial cleaning services, managing general operations, training, and franchisee performance.
With a strong focus on client retention and franchisee supervision, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced environment.Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated operational expertise in monitoring performance/quality, conducting audits, and providing ongoing training and development to franchiseesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, together with a working knowledge of HR, logistics, and training processesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, franchisees, and internal teamsAdept at identifying and implementing practical operational and financial solutions to challenges while managing workflowsKnowledgeable in WHSA 2016 and HSWA 2016 fostering safe work practices and optimising operational and staff-related costs ensuring financial efficiencies and performance is ideal but not essential, training will be provided.Full-time, permanent role (with occasional travel required)A supportive team culture that prioritises career development and personal growthElevate your career with a trusted New Zealand brandApply Now - Join a team renowned for driving performance across business and industry nationwide.Your application will be reviewed within 5 working days of receipt.
