Job Description: Peter Kiewit Sons' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery - Develop and implement client service strategies to drive business growth and retention - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relationships and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client service management or a related field - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Benefits: - Dental insurance - Life insurance - Company equipment Working Environment: As a Client Service Manager at Peter Kiewit Sons', you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide, fostering a global village mentality.
