Client Service Manager

Details of the offer

We are on the lookout for a Client Service Manager to join a company in Christchurch. Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be responsible for:   - Plans, administers and reviews customer services and after-sales services, and maintains sound customer relations. - developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided - ensuring operational efficiency within the organisation - providing direction and feedback to organisation members and assisting with recruitment - managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services - planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided - liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations     Job pre-requisites:   Have reliable transport or be planning to relocate before starting the role At least 3 years of relevant experience or relevant qualifications. 30-40 hours per week.   Relevant experience is needed for this role. Experience as a Customer Service Officer in any organisation is acceptable.
