Client Service Manager

We are seeking a Client Service Manager to join a company based in Auckland . In this role, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for the following: Planning, administering, and reviewing customer services and after-sales services while maintaining strong customer relations. Developing and reviewing policies, programs, and procedures related to customer relations and the provision of goods and services. Ensuring operational efficiency within the organisation. Providing direction and feedback to team members, as well as assisting with recruitment. Managing, motivating, and developing staff responsible for delivering customer services. Planning and implementing after-sales services to monitor customer satisfaction, ensure product performance, and improve services where necessary. Liaising with other departments, service agents, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations. Job Requirements: Reliable transport or plans to relocate before starting the role. 30-40 hours per week.
