Your team leaders are supporting administration employees who are often not only new to ACC, but also working in their first role in a corporate environment. They bring a fantastic customer focus but are still learning the intricacies of working in an office environment. Your coaching, mentoring, and providing support for your leaders will be paramount. Important Skills: Strong leadership experience leading leaders in a complex, high volume and high intensity environment Strong capability at onboarding staff and building their capability as well as maintaining engagement and performance of existing kaimahi.
