A vital team of ACC, the Administration team are the centralised administration function that supports all Recovery Teams, ensuring the delivery of top quality, timely support services as our clients undertake their recovery or journey to maximise independence. Your team leaders are supporting administration employees who are often not only new to ACC, but also working in their first role in a corporate environment. They bring a fantastic customer focus but are still learning the intricacies of working in an office environment. Your coaching, mentoring, and providing support for your leaders will be paramount. Important Skills: Strong leadership experience leading leaders in a complex, high volume and high intensity environment Strong capability at onboarding staff and building their capability as well as maintaining engagement and performance of existing kaimahi.
