Job Description: CSX is seeking a Client Service Associate to work remotely from home in Nelson, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate level position, the Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Maintaining accurate client records and updating information as needed.3. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions.4. Conducting research and analysis to better understand client requirements and preferences.5. Providing support in projects and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience. Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Independent and dedicated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.3. Strong research and analysis skills to gather and interpret information effectively.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.7.
