Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with a strong dedication to providing exceptional client service. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and concerns- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment

Requirements:- Energetic and dedicated personality- Strong leadership and creativity skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software- No prior experience required, we will provide training
