### Key Responsibilities - **Client Interaction:** - Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

- Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and claims processes.
- **Problem Solving:** - Analyze client issues, identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
- **Account Management:** - Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor account activity, identify trends, and proactively reach out to clients to enhance their experience.
- **Sales Support:** - Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the onboarding of new clients.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and service trends, presenting recommendations for improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement:** - Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry trends and enhance product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on client service processes for potential enhancements.
### Requirements #### Experience and Qualifications: - Minimum of **2 years** of experience in client service or a related field.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
