**Key Responsibilities:** 1.

**Requirements:** 1.
**Education and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client management, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Familiarity with order management systems and inventory processes.
