Join us and discover the joy of remote work, great work-life balance, and the camaraderie of being part of a fun and supportive team.About the Role:Work your choice of between 10-30 hours per week, within standard business hours, as part of a fun team that enjoys work/life balance.This position is part time, and on a contract basis, and many of our contractors build long-lasting careers with us.Our focus is primarily on business-to-business communication, with no residential cold calling, evening or weekend calling.This role offers growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates dedication and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects, completing your allocated hours every week.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up using a managed call cycle.Accurately document all interactions and maintain correct records in our CRM system or Excel.Meet and exceed lead generation and calling targets.Skills and Experience:Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM software, Excel, SharePoint and other relevant tools.Full training on our CRM will be provided, with ongoing support.Motivation to meet agreed targets and KPIs.You strive to provide top quality customer service and an exceptional customer experience.You have the discipline required to work remotely while completing allocated hours and meeting agreed calling targets.You have a quiet, interruption-free workspace, a computer with reliable internet connection and unlimited calling to landline & mobile phones in New Zealand and Australia.If this sounds like the role you have been searching for, apply with your resume, and a covering letter telling us why you think this role with Client Connect is for you.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Client Relationship Specialist?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
