We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship team at Mercer NZ . This role will be based in our Wellington office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Client Relationship Specialist is a technical expert who is the focal point for ensuring superior service delivery to superannuation clients and Trustee Boards. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, work with internal and external stakeholders and provide support to the team, to proactively coordinate the very best service delivery across Financial Services. We will count on you to: Ensure seamless client service delivery and act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients. Deliver advice and coordinate that advice within Mercer. Provide professional secretarial, governance, and compliance services to a portfolio of clients and Trustee Boards. Assist with relationship management services, building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Support Senior Relationship Managers and the team in achieving service excellence. What you need to have: Demonstrated experience in customer service and client relationship management. Experience providing administration support. A proven motivated self-starter with initiative and excellent time management skills. High level of written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. What makes you stand out: Experience in the superannuation or finance industry is preferred but not essential. Ability to work well under pressure and efficiently against deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality.
