Client Relationship Manager The role: A Cognizant CRM maintains the company's relationships with an existing client or group of clients to ensure continued business while also identifying new opportunities to increase revenue. You will develop strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business influencers and decision-makers, while maintaining the core Cognizant values in all interactions to ensure satisfaction and a consistently high-level experience. As part of the Sales Team reporting to the Sales Manager, you will interact with cross-functional internal teams. The nature of the role will see you regularly in close proximity with key decision-makers within the customer environment, building strong bonds and ensuring that the full range of Cognizant's products and services are well known to the customer. Key deliverables: Build strong relationships with allocated clients. Identify additional opportunities for further engagement in line with Cognizant's capabilities. Actively promote our capabilities and new service/product offerings. Engage in productive dialogue with the customer to consultatively scope their requirements and desired outcomes. Maintain and develop the account plan with on-time and on-budget delivery, consistently looking to improve quality and profitability. Work with all groups within Cognizant to ensure client satisfaction and timely response to client queries. Ensure delivery of excellence, meeting contractual requirements, legal obligations, and organizational policies and procedures. Initiate the renewal of contracts. Contribute to pre-sales activities. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Required Experience: 8-10 years of experience in consulting services sales across any industry. Technical/delivery experience in App Development, Digital Transformation, BPO, and ITO. Proven track record of closing $2-$10m+ NZD deals. Consistent quarterly and yearly quota achievement using consultative solution selling. Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred but not mandatory.
