We also support an emerging community of problem solvers through Frank Community. About this role This newly-created role supports the success of Frank Advice and Frank Capability. It reports to the Chief Executive Officer. It is a great opportunity for a commercially-savvy, relationship builder to make their mark in a supportive Wellington owned and operated business. We have ambitious growth aspirations and are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual to help us reach our goals. As our Client Relationship Manager, you will be central to driving Frank's growth by nurturing our existing relationships, as well as generating new business across both consulting and training. The role will offer a breadth of exposure across a range of organisations and subject matter, requiring curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Your enthusiasm, commercial acumen, and ability to engage well with people will ensure you'll have fun and be successful in this role. It is not for the faint-hearted, but we are all in this together and will support you every step of the way. About you Driving business growth can be tough! But you are self-motivated, results driven and thrive on a challenge. You have the ability to establish and grow trusted relationships that put the client and their needs at the centre, whilst still supporting business objectives. You are proactive, resilient, and have a proven record of meeting business development targets. You are adaptable and comfortable with the fast paced, changing nature of a small and ambitious business. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are a must. You present well to a diverse range of audiences. A room full of people to meet is your happy place. We would prefer if you have experience working with, or in, government and/or selling professional services. But just as important is your ability to listen well, proactively problem solve, and connect the dots in order to maximise business development opportunities and develop fit-for purpose solutions. Given this is a newly-created role, it is essential that you come with a growth mindset, are happy to learn as we learn, and feel comfortable being challenged and challenging us in return. What will you be doing and how? At Frank , our values – rigour, kindness, patience, and generosity– drive the way we work. Rigour lead the development and delivery of a sales strategy that aligns with Frank's growth aspirations identify and pursue new business opportunities to deliver on the sales strategy set up Hubspot and be responsible for CRM tracking - documenting all interactions and activities. Kindness actively engage in building a strong professional network actively and positively participate as a member of the team uphold Frank's values to deliver exceptional care and attention to our clients. You will: be able to communicate complex issues and concepts clearly and succinctly with clients, partners, and the Frank team manage competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes on time under pressure develop sales proposals that meet our clients' and Frank's needs Generosity act as a trusted partner to our clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs build and nurture supportive and productive relationships with our clients strive to surprise and delight our clients in every interaction.
