Client Relationship Coordinator

At VetSouth, supporting our clients to ensure 'Happy Healthy Animals' is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a dynamic, sales-driven individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in delivering efficient solutions and exceptional product support to our clients.In this exciting role, you'll bridge the gap between our veterinarians' expertise and our clients' needs, helping us stay ahead of seasonal demands. While the majority of your time will be based at our Winton clinic, you'll also have the opportunity to travel across the Central Southland region, engaging with clients and building strong, lasting relationships.About the Role:Grow and develop the client base in Central Southland and surrounding areas by initiating new contacts, establishing relationships, and expanding our dairy, sheep, beef, and deer business sectors.Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.Key Attributes for Success:Strong customer relationship management skillsA rural background with an understanding of farming practicesPrior experience in the animal health sector is advantageous but not requiredA relevant tertiary qualification is a plusExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both clients and colleaguesAt VetSouth, we take pride in offering our customers friendly, professional, and high-quality service.
