Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland in Nelson, NZ. This is a remote part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, have excellent time management skills, and be adaptable to changing situations.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions or recommendations to meet those needs- Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and key metrics

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
