We are seeking a driven and resourceful Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Christchurch.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client relations, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for cultivating relationships that foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
**Responsibilities:** As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our clients' overall experience with Eight360.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1.
**Client Engagement:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.

**Communication:** - Communicate effectively and proactively with clients regarding project updates, product offerings, and any essential information related to their accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback.

**Problem Solving:** - Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to identify client issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner and ensure seamless service delivery.

**Client Onboarding:** - Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with our services and systems.
- Provide training and support as needed to facilitate client understanding and engagement.
5.
**Reporting and Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Generate reports on client satisfaction and engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
6.
**Continuous Improvement:** - Actively contribute to the development of best practices and processes that enhance the client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
**Requirements:** *Education and Experience:* - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.
