Client Relations Representative

Whole Foods Market is seeking a talented and dynamic Client Relations Representative to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients- Attend client meetings and presentations to provide updates on products and services- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to make data-driven decisions- Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confident and adaptable personality- Excellent presentation and planning skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Benefits:- Employee discounts on products- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Dental insurance coverage Working Environment:At Whole Foods Market, we prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.
