Job Description:
EMCOR Group is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be hardworking, resilient, and possess strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services to clients- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to address any areas of improvement- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
