Client Relations Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a motivated and confident Client Relations Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients
- Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and provide valuable insights to clients
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role
- Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the mining industry is a plus
