Penney is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Manager to join our team in a remote capacity.
The individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing relationships with our diverse clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback on services provided.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored strategies that align with client goals while integrating J.C. Penney's business objectives.
Analyze client trends and data to inform decision-making and introduce new initiatives that enhance the client experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in client communication and offerings.
Foster a culture of teamwork by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues across the organization.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor client satisfaction levels and develop metrics to gauge performance against expectations.
Prepare and present reports on client feedback, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations to management.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues that could affect client relations and work collaboratively to resolve them before they escalate.
Implement processes and guidelines to enhance the overall client service experience.
Training and Development: Mentor and support junior team members in developing their client management skills.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
