### Job Description:

This part-time position is ideal for an independent, energetic professional with a passion for fostering strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our client interactions to ensure superior satisfaction and loyalty.

### Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication, understanding client needs, and addressing concerns promptly.

- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner collaboratively with internal teams, including project management, engineering, and operational staff, to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

- **Analysis & Reporting:** Conduct regular analysis of client feedback and project performance. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations for improvement with senior management and relevant teams.

- **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify issues or challenges faced by clients and facilitate solutions through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.

- **Service Quality Assurance:** Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all services meet Jacobs Engineering Group's high standards and client expectations.

- **Client Onboarding:** Lead onboarding efforts for new clients to familiarize them with our services, processes, and point-of-contact personnel ensuring a smooth transition.

- **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for enhanced client engagement and service offerings.

- **Event Coordination:** Organize and participate in client-facing events and meetings, ensuring a positive representation of Jacobs Engineering Group and addressing client needs personally.

- **Strategic Development:** Assist in the development of strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention, providing insights based on client interactions and feedback.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years experience in client relations, account management, or a relevant role, preferably within the engineering or professional services industry.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Independent:** Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple client accounts without direct supervision.
- **Energetic:** Exhibits a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to client service, eager to explore new opportunities and engage with clients.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Analytical Skills:** Ability to assess and interpret complex data to drive strategic improvements.
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively and foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Natural ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
