**Job Overview:**

Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position plays a critical role in managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving our customer engagement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Regularly assess client needs and expectations to foster long-term partnerships.

- **Customer Service Excellence:**
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

- **Communication & Reporting:**
- Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve client issues as needed.

- **Client Engagement Initiatives:**
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance experience and loyalty.
- Organize and facilitate events, webinars, or meetings aimed at educating clients about our services.

- **Market Insight:**
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in our service offerings.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to continually enhance the knowledge and skills of team members in client relations.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or similar roles.

- **Education:**
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong people management skills, demonstrating an ability to influence and motivate both clients and team members.
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated and energetic with a positive attitude.
- Possesses a genuine passion for engaging with clients and delivering exceptional service.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and client engagement platforms is a plus.
