Reporting to our Wanaka Partner, you'll grow your portfolio while building trusted relationships.This is a role where learning meets leadership:You'll be coached by senior leaders, sharpening your technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.You'll collaborate with the team, learn delegation skills, and work alongside the Production Manager to deliver exceptional client outcomes.And yes, you'll dive into a mix of client management, tax preparation, business mentoring, and strategic advice while growing your client portfolio.If variety keeps you engaged and a bit of challenge gets you fired up, you'll love the opportunity to stretch and grow with us.What We're Looking ForExperience: 5–8 years in accounting or tax production, with strong technical know-how.People Skills: A natural communicator who makes complex concepts clear.
