Reporting through to the Branch Manager, and working closely with your partnered Client Assistant, the Client Manager will provide service excellence and pro-active promotion of our products and services to our existing and prospective clients, whilst contributing to the team culture by modelling Perpetual Guardian's values and working towards the Company's strategic aspirations.About YouDedicated to helping maintain, build, and grow a strong and sustainable client portfolio.A solid track record demonstrating your ability to work unsupervised, embrace problem solving, a high degree of emotional intelligence and enjoy working with a small, collaborative team, who takes pride in assisting and providing bespoke services to their Clients.Preferably have Trustee experience and/or legal background.Be empathetic and enjoy building relationships with a wide range of clientele and have an understanding, interest and passion in Estate Planning or Financial Services; then you could be the ideal candidate for this role.Always exercises sound judgement.Enthusiastic and determined to succeed and grow business revenues.Team Player with a "can do" attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be the primary relationship manager for a medium-complex portfolio of customers, offering a superior level of customer service.Manage end-to-end service delivery for our Customers and complete tasks such as Estate management, drafting Wills & Enduring Powers of Attorney, and management of the ongoing day-to-day administration and compliance of Trusts and Agencies.Provide accurate and timely advice to clients that may be of a technical nature particularly as it relates to Estate planning and any new products or services offered by Perpetual Guardian.Achieve revenue and operating profit targets.Identify and develop opportunities to generate additional new business and revenue.Achieve the sustainable growth of the business in a compliant environment.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseA tertiary qualification is desirable, or relevant Trustee Experience.2-5 years relationship/account management experience as a confident and professional communicator.Customer Service, Estate Management, Wills, Trustee, Legal and/or any other Industry experience preferred, but not essential. If you can hold a professional conversation with conviction, we're happy to teach you how to sell our product offerings.Strong customer service ethic and attitude.Acts on opportunities identified through client relationships and demonstrates a full understanding of the needs of individual clients.Opportunity to work with Wealth Management Experts in New Zealand – career growth and training opportunities.
