Read on if this caught your attention…As a Client Manager, you will be the primary contact for our clients at our busy galvanising production plant. Our clients are mainly engineers from Hawke's Bay and other regions across the North Island. Your role will involve ensuring optimal service for our top clients, which includes thorough administration of jobs to capture requirements and communicate updates effectively.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high-quality service.Administer job requests, capture requirements, and provide timely updates.Learn about our galvanising process to offer informed feedback to customers.Work closely with the Operations Manager to assess and fulfil client requests, including urgency and processing requirements.Requirements:Confident and positive approach.Willingness to learn and adapt.Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office, plus general computer operations.Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively.Clean driving license.Desired Requirements:Hands-on approach, including working with or around forklifts.Prior experience in a similar role or the steel industry.Normal Work Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
