Business Advisory Services Client Facing Role Team Leadership Role Our client, a locally based accounting firm, has developed a strong reputation for the delivery of a range of advisory and compliance accounting services. To meet the challenges of their continued growth and as they plan for this year, they are looking to recruit a Client Manager, to join the team. Working directly with a Director, you will take on a range of accounting assignments while also supporting the Director in developing and maintaining key client relationships. The current client workload will offer you a balance of regular monthly accounting/reporting and year-end compliance, while also leading, overseeing and reviewing work from the accounting team. The clients come from a variety of sectors and their services cover the full range of compliance accounting, financial advisory, business and tax planning and generally being there for clients adding value through understanding their business objectives, providing good quality advice and support when needed. Prospects and scope for development are good, with the definite opportunity for the right person to progress further.  We ideally see this role suiting a CA qualified Accountant who has already established themselves at the level where they are working directly with clients in a business advisory services role. At the same time if you are in a firm/role where you are frustrated or being limited in respect to taking that next step in your career then it is still worth you expressing your interest. This firm operates an innovative business model that divests client responsibility to a manager level and so is not limited by the more traditional organisational structures. This position therefore presents as a definite opportunity for the right person to take that next step in their career.
