Account & Relationship Management (Sales)A golden opportunity for a Client Manager to join one of New Zealand's best loved organisations in an exciting and varied role.Christchurch based roleAmazing officesFantastic culture and career growth opportunitiesOur client is a leading online classifieds company in New Zealand's motors industry and is looking for a Christchurch based Client Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of dealers.You'll establish and grow great relationships and high value business partnerships with your Clients through education and tailored solutions that create both client and business value. Friday drinks and nibbles every fortnight, annual company awards, celebrations and more.Learning: Whether it's on the job, formal training, mentoring or something else, you'll grow with them from Day 1.Here's what you can expect from this role:Travel within your specific territory, managing and growing effective relationships with the clients in your portfolio.Develop and maintain expert market and industry knowledge to be viewed as a trusted advisor by your clients.Develop and maintain expert understanding of your clients commercial and business goals to position our client as the chosen partner to achieve these.Plan and present product solutions that deliver on the specific needs of your clients, utilising qualitative data held about their business performance.Identify, develop and implement new business opportunities using our extensive data set; share relevant insights based on data.Manage and maintain an in-person call cycle with a common sense approach.Effectively use the CRM to track all sales, opportunities and client contact.Have an eye for continuous improvement and share this with our wider teams to make these happen, to benefit the organisation and their customers.What you will bring to their team:Two or more years' experience in a similar Account Management role.A passion for digital advertising and/or automotive industry experience would be valuable, although not a necessity.Energetic, driven and enthusiastic for excellent results. You can work independently and know how and when to close a sale.Skilled at building relationships with a consultative approach.A great communicator - able to explain ideas simply & clearly, listen carefully to others, and confident to share ideas with others.Have an understanding of data and how to use it to present to your clients. You can explain in basic terms that drives understanding.We know some candidates can be reluctant to apply for roles if they feel they don't 'tick all the boxes'.
