In this key role, you'll focus on managing senior stakeholder relationships across small to mid-sized opportunities. You will work with a mix of private and public sector organizations, growing existing accounts and driving sales opportunities while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Role details: Manage senior stakeholder relationships and grow existing accounts with KPIs / metrics of bookings and contribution marginLeverage your knowledge of industry trends and client strategic objectives & challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositionsDevelop territory plan to agree on potential opportunities to be chased in your focus areaEvaluate and qualify opportunities for further pursuit, ensuring alignment between the sales strategy (including value propositions, relationship approach, and competitive differentiation) and the bid team's content work (such as solution design, pricing, costing, proposal delivery, and project management planning).Perform Commercial and contractual management of the accountAchieve and exceed targets for revenue, bookings, margins, and receivables Let's talk about your capability and experience: History of senior or CXO level stakeholder influence and relationship management or aspiration to operate at the 'C-Level'Experience of working in a global, geographically dispersed operating modelAccount management experience of 'multi-tower', cross-functional, consulting services solutionsDemonstrable track record of over-achievement against variable commission / bonus targets, gateways & kickersExperience of selling Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace and /or Enterprise Service Management SolutionsExperience in analysing challenges of potential customers and leading commercial conversations around Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with CXO level stakeholdersExperience with sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and governance in a CRM system Let's talk about what's in it for you!
