We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this Role you'll:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key airlines and hotel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of the local market to inform campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Collaborate closely with the sourcing team, maintaining strong relationships with airline and hotel partners, ensuring clear, effective communication of campaign goals and expectations, and that campaigns are tailored to meet partners' requirements.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal key stakeholders, such as the design, content, and legal teams, to deliver high-quality campaign messages that meet local market needs.
Coordinate with key stakeholders in the Shanghai headquarters, including product, CRM, and marketing teams, to maintain campaign processes and align with product functionalities.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management or a similar role; experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Strong cross-cultural and cross-functional communication skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Strong understanding of the UK and EU local market dynamics and customer behavior within the travel sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in managing B2B relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
