What you'll do: As a Client Experience Specialist at ICIB Brokerweb, you will be instrumental in enhancing the overall client experience within our Life & Health Insurance Brokerage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and optimising the client experience. You will be central to managing the underwriting journey, liaising with medical professionals, coordinating appointments, and ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation. Your empathetic approach will be key in supporting clients through the claims process, building trust through active listening, prompt responses, and advocating for their needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the underwriting process, providing guidance and support from application submission to policy issuance
Liaise with medical professionals to coordinate necessary evaluations for underwriting assessments
Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients navigating the claims process
Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, and other professionals to expedite resolution of client issues
Negotiate with underwriters on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms and pricing for policies
Educate clients on the importance of underwriting and its role in determining policy eligibility and pricing
What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Client Experience Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in the Life & Health Insurance industry. You possess strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to effectively engage with clients, advisers, and underwriters.
