Working within our commercial team, you will be responsible for the growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex accounts.

At Marsh, we believe in the fundamental right of every colleague to feel comfortable bringing their whole self to work.We will count on you to:Possess and apply a thorough understanding of the client's business, risk management, and insurance needs to ensure our services meet their expectations.Work with a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their business and corresponding risk and insurance matters.Conduct research and analyses to target new buyer hubs and identify expansion opportunities, strategizing internal offerings and market trends.Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify key decision-makers and account needs, determining potential services and products that align with client objectives.Maintain active involvement in all claim-related matters and contribute to the achievement of team business plans and objectives.What you need to have:Experience working with large commercial organizations.New Zealand Certificate of Financial Services, Level 5, General Insurance5+ years of hands-on broking experience.Confidence in interacting and presenting to clients at the board level.Experience dealing with multi-national and/or public entities.Willingness to work towards completion of qualifications in line with new competency requirements for financial advisors.Strong communication skills with senior client contacts.What makes you stand out:Senior Associate of ANZIIF or equivalent.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Up-to-date technical knowledge of multiple commercial and corporate classes of insurance and relevant legislation.Ability to discuss current risk issues credibly.Capability to work independently and in a team environment.Please apply using the link below.
