We are looking for a Client Excellence Co-ordinator (CEC) to come on board.

The CEC will empower the team to deliver high quality, timely work to our clients by taking ownership of administrative tasks associated with advisory and accounting work.
This includes ensuring consistency of approach and methodology across the business and our team.
Here's a glimpse into your typical day as a Client Excellence Co-ordinator: Conduct three separate stand up meetings with key team members on their workload priorities and upcoming deadlines Attend a planning meeting with the client team for an upcoming job, ensuring all pre meeting reports are available, delivery deadlines are captured and client meetings are booked in Triage some client records that have been sent in, record any missing information and contact the client to arrange receipt Onboard a new client, taking ownership of all procedures to ensure the client receives a smooth and welcoming experience and the client team have everything they need to begin the work Forward plan the office workflow for next month, contact clients to request all information required Hold accountability catch ups with some of the senior team, keeping them on track to deliver their work by the agreed deadline Provide quality control over a selection of internal files to ensure consistent methodology and process has been followed Prepare some KPI reporting for the leadership team An ideal candidate for this position would: Be highly organised, proactive and a quick learner Maintain a high standard of work with strong attention to detail Excel in a team environment but can also work independently Have amazing communication skills – both written and verbal – to interact with clients and team members Have the confidence to hold all levels of the team accountable for KPIs Experience in a similar role or within a professional services firm environment would be an advantage, though not essential.
Experience with Asana, Xero Practice Manager and Microsoft products would also be advantageous.
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday.
We can accommodate a minimum of 30 hours across the 5 days.
