About the role: As a Client Advisor & Made to Measure Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to become a shining ambassador for the brand, creating long-lasting relationships with elite clientele.
Based in New Zealand's most luxurious shopping centre, Westfield Newmarket.
Preferred Requirements:

Tailoring or Made to measure experience is essential
Demonstrated capability to serve as a luxury brand ambassador
Mature, composed demeanour, coupled with a kind-hearted and empathetic disposition
Genuine passion for acquiring comprehensive knowledge about bespoke and made-to-measure sector
Experience in consultative retail and sales exposure
Exceptional warmth, positivity, and a forward-thinking mindset

Role Responsibilities:

Nurture a loyal client database and prioritize long-term relationships through outstanding client relationship management
Maintain the boutique's impeccable image
Exceed sales targets with exceptional interpersonal skills
Acquire and utilise comprehensive knowledge about the bespoke and made-to-measure sector
