Client Account Manager Greenland Solutions Limited , a leading labour supply company for the horticulture industry based in Hastings, Hawke's Bay, is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Account Manager to take the business to greater heights.
Established in 2018, Greenland Solutions has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality labour solutions to orchards in the region.
To further cement our market presence, we are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to help us build and maintain strong client relationships.
About the Role In this dynamic, hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the Hawke's Bay horticulture sector.
You will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' needs and developing tailored solutions to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
You will be the focal point within the business bridging the gap between the labourers and the clients.
Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximise sales, retaining existing clients and foster loyalty with various orchards.
Constantly strategizing to promote Greenland Solutions services to the public as extensively as possible.
Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues contractual or otherwise, promptly.
Proactively identifying and developing new client relationships within the Hawke's Bay region, targeting orchards and other labour supply companies in the horticulture industry.
Conducting market research and analysing findings to inform marketing activities and identify new opportunities.
Reacting swiftly to major weather events and assessing how clients and the business can minimise risk and mitigate loss.
Planning and organising publicity campaigns to raise the profile of Greenland Solutions within the horticulture industry.
Acquiring and updating knowledge of employers' and competitors' services, and market conditions.
Building and maintaining a positive brand image and reputation for Greenland Solutions.
Harnessing the use of social media to spread Greenland Solutions' brand and outreach.
Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Greenland Solutions' labour supply services.
Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements including managing the paperwork of the said contracts.
Working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Reporting and advising the directors on progress and ongoing work as well as variation to any work orders.
Carrying out tasks as a health & safety officer, checking in on the labourers to see if they meet the health and safety standards imposed by Labour Inspectorate – ensuring compliance to health and safety standards.
Your Profile At least 5 years of proven experience in a client-facing marketing role, ideally within the horticulture industry (relevant experience may substitute for a formal qualification).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
What We Offer A competitive salary package of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum.
