The Role Client Account Director: ArchiPro's Commercial Team is the driving force behind the revenue that fuels our continuous product evolution in the architectural world.

ArchiPro is seeking a Client Account Director to oversee and enhance relationships with our existing clients, ensuring that they receive outstanding service and support.
This role is pivotal in maintaining strong, productive partnerships that are mutually beneficial and aligned with our strategic objectives.
In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of 50 - 80 clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our platform.
This position is crucial for driving the growth and success of our supplier network and in maintaining the high standard of customer experience that ArchiPro stands for.
Reporting directly to the GM of Client Experience, you will work closely with clients to understand their marketing and advertising needs, solve challenges, and maximize the value they derive from the ArchiPro platform.
Your role will involve strategic oversight, relationship management, and a strong focus on driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
Areas of Responsibility Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for your portfolio of clients.
Strategic Account Planning and Development : Create and execute detailed account plans to facilitate the continued engagement and growth of each client, assessing and catering to their specific needs.
Collaboration and Team Integration : Work closely with teams across ArchiPro, including Advertising, Marketing, Platform, and Product departments, to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client challenges and enhance their platform experience.
Performance Management : Oversee the management of platform and advertising performance, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and results.
Revenue Growth : Drive growth and increase top-line revenue through strategic initiatives and enhanced client service, always aiming to surpass revenue targets.

Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships, acting as the main point of contact and liaison between Archipro and our suppliers.
Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Develop tailored strategies for each supplier to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform, including marketing initiatives, content creation, and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure supplier offerings are effectively integrated and promoted across Archipro's channels.
Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations.
Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify and strengthen our portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive and competitive offering to our users.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with Archipro's strategic objectives and financial targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning.
