Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager
Assist in the design of projects to meet the standards and approved budget
Responsible for the coordination and communication with all external and internal parties

Minimum Requirements:

Carpentry Trade Building qualifications
Competent computer skills necessary to document and control capital projects, including critical path analysis, and general office administration software (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
Minimum 10 years experience on New Zealand building sites
5 years experience in a supervisory role on a New Zealand building site
Experience in direct control of a project budget of not less than $2.5M
