Job Description
About the role:
We are currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor at our Blenheim plant.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the efficient cleaning operations of the Shellfish departments meeting the company standards of cleanliness.
With the right experience and qualifications your pay rate will be $30.50 per hour.
You will be working from 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday and weekends as required.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Leading the day-to-day operations across both people and process in the Shellfish department.
Ensuring work is completed on schedule and to an acceptable standard.
An intimate knowledge of the clean down procedures and chemicals used, also training and development of cleaning staff.
Being conversant in the Shellfish departments compliance programme and understanding the roles of Quality Checkers have in the daily running of the processes.
Accurately maintain all documentation and records, both written and electronically.
Qualifications
For this role, you'll need:
Proven experience in relevant Cleaning processing operations.
Chemical handling certification.
Proven management/leadership experience.
