About the role: This is a great role to get to know every nook and cranny of the business. You'll have the opportunity to work in different departments so you can sweep, mop or steam your way around our restaurants, the casino and even the sky tower whilst meeting great people along the way. With a trolley full of equipment, you will have all the tools provided to get the job done including full training from the start.
About you: You will be a hardworking, energetic, reliable and adaptable person with a positive and willing attitude. There's plenty of variety across this role - one day you could be working in a busy casino, another day within an empty restaurant after dinner service, so someone who can work within different environments will enjoy this aspect of the job. Alongside your daily responsibilities are often ad-hoc requests that arise such as spillages which you'll need to jump onto immediately so your sense of urgency and flexibility will help you here. You'll often be working in areas amongst our guests, so you'll need to have excellent customer service skills and be happy to help out where needed! This role will keep you busy on your feet, so you'll need to be prepared to stand and walk for long periods of time.
