We are looking for a talented Cleaning Quality Assurance Manager who will manage our A clients, along with a number of our franchise owners. We have attained substantial growth year on year for the last four to five years and want to continue this trajectory. We do this by keeping our clients satisfied and by continually improving and maintaining our cleaning results.A week in this job could look like this:Visiting clients during the day and recording issuesMeeting with the client and asking for feedbackAn evening training session with a cleaning franchise ownerSolving an issue or client requestWhat we'll love about you: You have a steadfast desire to serve and deliver high cleaning standards to our franchised customer base. Helping cleaning franchise owners to continually improve is something you love. It should be no surprise that your background has led you to manage quality standards in the cleaning sector. You are a people person that can lead from the front as very few people can clean as well as yourself. You don't mind working flexible hours to accommodate some evening training sessions.You are a fast learner with an in-depth understanding of quality cleaning systems and standards. You can quickly create rapport; you're a natural motivator with high presentation and communication skills and are proficient in accounts management.You will:Coach and grow people's capabilities and foster a results-driven cultureHave a proven ability in the cleaning sectorAudit cleaning standards and keep excellent recordsWrite simple reportsDeliver on all your agreementsWhat's in it for you?
