About the Role:
Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents' rooms
Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you'll need:
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally
Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
A reliable team player
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
