About the business Relax it's Done is a small boutique Short Term & Private Property Management company. We specialize in providing an all-encompassing service tailored to each property, including meticulous cleaning, comprehensive guest management, and thorough property care and maintenance. We are on the lookout for a versatile and self-motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder, capable of maintaining our high standards of cleanliness across our diverse portfolio of holiday homes. 
Day + Hours can be flexible for the right applicant. 
Tasks & Responsibilities Cleaning to a high standard, Management of linen and stock Quality control including pre-arrival and departure checksQualifications & Experience Cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5 star Holiday Home /Resort environment (minimum 1 year experience).A clean driver's license for driving in New Zealand.Benefits Great small team to work withRegular massages Fun team outingsThe successful candidates will have: Good understanding of written and spoken English (intermediate or advanced).A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Flexibility - able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidaysTrustworthy, able to work unsupervised and be very reliableMust hold a New Zealand work permit & currently residing in NZPhysically fitA car to get to and from the housesRequirement  Please prepare 2 references from recent employers.Starting date by negotiation
