Located at the stunning Whangateau Holiday ParkPermanent part-time hours available with an immediate startStarting from $27.80 per hour based on experience and attributes/skillsAuckland Council's Parks & Community Service department has an opportunity for a permanent part-time (20 hrs) cleaner within the Whangateau Holiday Park team.
This is a pivotal role within our team; you will have the responsibility to ensure all our guests are satisfied with our accommodation and facilities at the park and come away from their holiday feeling reset and relaxed!The Park is open 7 days a week including public and school holidays, we are especially busy throughout the summer months so having the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and additional shifts are required.
You will be potentially rostered on to work for 4 hours each day Tuesday - Saturday 9am onwards.Day-to-day you could expect to work on:Cleaning cabins, units, and communal facilitiesEnsuring a positive experience for our guestsAssisting with all other duties as requiredThe role pays at $27.80 per hour.We are seeking an enthusiastic, and customer-focused person to join our team.
You must be comfortable in a physically challenging role.
A friendly and helpful attitude is key to ensure we are providing memorable experiences for our guests.We will be looking for people who have:Cleaning & general maintenance experienceGreat attention to detailThis role will see you working in a unique coastal setting where you will support the team in providing memorable experiences for our guests.
This role requires first aid training which will be funded by us.
