Suitable for beginning teachers.
We are seeking an energetic teacher who understands the needs of emerging adolescents. You must be familiar with the Refreshed New Zealand Curriculum , visible learning, culturally responsive and relational pedagogy, and PB4L. Knowledge of the Science of Learning and cognitive load theory would be an advantage. The ability to develop positive relationships with students and design rich, authentic learning experiences would be an advantage.
