About the Role:We are seeking skilled and reliable Class B Asbestos Workers to join our team in Palmerston North.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring the safe removal and handling of non-friable asbestos materials.Key Responsibilities:Safely removing and disposing of non-friable asbestos in compliance with health and safety regulations.Conducting site preparation and ensuring the work area is properly secured.Following strict protocols to minimize exposure and ensure team and public safety.Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation.Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient project completion.Requirements:Valid Class A or B Asbestos Removal Certificate.Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to asbestos removal.Excellent attention to detail and adherence to procedures.Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Benefits:Competitive hourly rates.Supportive team environment.Potential for temp-to-perm opportunities.Job Types: Casual, Temp to permPay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftApplication Deadline: 02/01/2025Expected Start Date: 06/01/2025
