About the Role: In this role, you'll be responsible for operating a Class 5 vehicle for transporting goods and materials around the region.
Key Responsibilities: Operate a Class 5 truck for deliveries and pickups within the construction and civil industry.Transport goods safely and efficiently around Thames and the wider Coromandel region.Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.Ensure all loads are secured and comply with transport regulations.Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure safe operations on the road.What We're Looking For: Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.Previous experience driving Class 5 vehicles (minimum 2 years).Strong understanding of road safety and transport regulations.Ability to load and unload goods safely and efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Physically fit to handle manual loading and unloading.A reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.Full New Zealand driver's license and reliable transport.What's in it for You?
