Clarins Counter Manager

Job Description ABOUT THE JOB:  We want to hear from people who are passionate about skincare and beauty services and love working within a luxury environment.
We are looking for a Counter Manager who knows how to demonstrate exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele whilst attracting new customers to Clarins.   Achievement of sales targets and business KPIs across all categories in line with company benchmarks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Client consultations & understanding the clients' needs and provide solutions utilizing your product knowledge and closing the sale.
Share your passion for the Brand.  We need an exceptional team player who can assist customers throughout the wider Cosmetic Department.  Qualifications Proven experience within the cosmetics retail industry.
Strong sales skills and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed all company KPIs and benchmarks.
Excellent people skills, including the ability to deliver exceptional customer service across a wide customer demographic.
An exceptional team player.
Qualification in Beauty Therapy is preferred but not essential.
  Additional Information This position is 36 hours per week working Tuesday through Saturday.
