Claims Specialist
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Regional Claims team. Ideally you will have experience from within the industry that you can bring with you to this role, otherwise you will be part of a team with expert professionals where you will be able to learn, grow and develop from their experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Being a front-line point of contact for our corporate clients and looking after any enquiries related to claims they might have.
Liaison between our clients, the insurers, legal advisers, and other related stakeholders.
Preparation of accurate and concise claim records for brokers.
Processing of legal fees and monitoring reserves.
General administration and record maintenance.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
Ideally you will come from a Claims background; otherwise, experience from a customer or solution-driven environment with strong administrative aspects to the role from within a corporate setting would be well suited to the role.
Call Centre or phone-based experience highly regarded.
A customer-first mentality along with being a proactive problem solver.
You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone, or through written correspondence.
You'll be a motivated self-starter who, once up and running, is able to work with a level of autonomy.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using the usual suite of Office Products, but also the ability to pick up new systems.
