This newly created role will involve leading the setup of a new claims division, managing the end-to-end motor claims process, building and overseeing a new team.

Key Responsibilities: Team Building: Recruit and train a team of claims handlers.
Process Development: Establish and streamline claims processes.
Project Leadership: Drive the setup and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Client Relations: Build and manage relationships with key clients and providers.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact, ensuring clear and effective communication.
