We are proud holders of the Rainbow Tick which is an important symbol for us.What will you be doing?Reporting to Team Leader Claims, the purpose of this position is to contribute to the success of Tower Claims and facilitate superior business growth.You can expect to be across the following:Performing a service role that supports the operation of the Claims function by attending to customer requestsManaging the interactions, claim (and where applicable the administration) needs of customers on a day-to-day basisLiaising with customers to promptly action their claim in accordance with the wording and company's policies and proceduresResponding to customer requests by promptly attending to their individual needsLiaising with the customer regarding their claims may occur via the phone, the mail or in person.
